Registration will be held at the Haleyville Elementary School library.

Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2007 to attend the 2007-2008 scholl year. Only children living in WInston County, Haleyville city limits or on a current bus route are eligible.

Parents/Guardians required to bring:
1. Child's birth certificate
2. Blue immunization certificate
3. Social Secutiry Card
4. Proof of Residency

A team of kindergarten teachers will be administeringthe HEW Kindergarten Screener to all children who will attend school in the fall of 2007. You are required to bring your child with you for the screening.

To avaoid over-crowding please follow these guidelines:
LAST NAMES BEGINNING WITH A - L 8:30 - 11:30
LAST NAMES BEGINNING WITH M - Z 12:30 - 2:30
